CHEQUERPLATE STORAGE BOX
I decided that I needed somewhere to store various items that would otherwise be on view, such as my ropes,
waterproof clothing, boots etc. I saw an advirtisment on eBay for some wheelarch boxes designed for the
pickup variants of a Defender. It also stated that they could make custom ones...

So I sent off my dimentions and for £100 I ended up with this... Very Happy! It is waterproof (including the locks),
and the lid opens up within the dimentions of the box so it doesn't hit the side (this also makes the most of the
avaliable space). I have also now added a 12v socket in the top right corner of the front face...
